Mygolfpass.com allows the club to choose a flexible green fee in £ or a % off to suit them, so the clubs are in control of what they receive. For example, you many want to offer more of a discount on a Monday compared with a Friday, Mygolfpass provides you with a log in so you can list / change your offerings whenever you like.
When a golfer buys an e-pass from Mygolfpass.com it entitles them to the discount your club has listed. A copy of the e-pass is instantly sent by email to your club so you know who / how many golfers we will be contacting your club to book a round. All your clubs offerings are listed on the pass to encourage more spend on the day they visit.

How it works
- Golf Clubs register for free.
- Golf Clubs input their information and upload course image.
- Golf Clubs provide a competitive green fee for days / times which suit their club.
- The green fee is paid by the golfer directly to the club. Clubs receive 100% of the green fee with NO commissions or % to be paid to My Golf Pass. With no commission taken, this provides your club with upto 20% more per green fee when compared to other online golf websites.
- If the club is already on other schemes (2 for1, web tee time deals etc) a similar rate to be competitive would be fine. If your club isn't involved in other golf schemes however you would like to promote all the revenue generating aspects of your club to our golfers, then maybe you could consider a slightly discounted green fee which offers our members a little extra value.
- Our golfers buy an e-pass online for your club at Mygolfpass.com for just £1.95. They then call the club pro to book their golf in the normal way and pay the pro 100% of your MyGolfPass green fee rate on arrival. Clubs secretaries also receive a copy of each e-pass by email so they know our golfers will be booking golf with their club.
- Golf Clubs can update their information online as often as they like (club login code provided). We also prompt clubs to do this via a monthly email.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking a round
Always contact the telephone number provided for booking a round of golf and quote that you are a MYGOLFPASS.COM member before arriving for a round of golf.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of clubs' local rules and policies before you book, and also to confirm the price which you will pay. High and low seasons vary from club to club. A Mygolfpass offers discounted green fee rates on 1 round of golf for the course specified (chosen by 'you'). The Mygolfpass is valid for a 2 week period, which you can choose prior to purchase. If you want to play a course at a specific time or day, we would advise that you check the tee time you desire is available with the club pro shop in advance.
2. Pricing of a round of golf
Prices published on our web site are correct at the time of publishing, however, they are subject to change without notice and you must confirm the price you will pay with the member club/booking agent prior to your arrival. The onus is on you to confirm a price, and we are not liable for any incorrectly published prices.
3. Membership cards
As a deterrent to misuse of a MYGOLFPASS.COM e-Pass we both encourage member clubs to ask for secondary identification in addition to the MYGOLFPASS.COM e-Pass when you arrive at the club. We trust that you, as a member, will understand and support our reasons for protecting the integrity of our scheme.
4. General
Any member golf club can, at their discretion, decline to allow a member to play golf at their course or amend their terms published on this web site. MYGOLFPASS.COM shall not be held liable in such an event and we further recommend that all bookings are made in advance and that individual course etiquette is understood and adhered to.
You must not hand over your unique MYGOLFPASS.COM e-Pass to any person other than membership services, golf officials and other persons to whom we authorise you to disclose e-Pass, and you must not allow any other person to use your e-Pass. The e-Pass is issued for your benefit only and is non-transferable.
Payment Terms & Conditions
5. Agreement
MYGOLFPASS.COM cannot accept your order until You have paid for it in full. You may pay by MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Connect, Visa, Switch or Solo.
Upon payment, MYGOLFPASS.COM will confirm receipt of your order by an acknowledgement displayed onscreen once your payment details have been accepted, followed by an e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address You provide on your order details.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which You submit your order by clicking the "submit" button.
Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase the goods which is accepted by Us when we send You an e-mail confirming acceptance of Your order. A legally binding contract between Us is created at the point of our acceptance of Your order.
MYGOLFPASS.COM reserves the right to choose not to accept your order for any reason, at its discretion, and will not be liable to You or anyone else in those circumstances.
The supply of products is subject to availability.
6. Prices and Payment
The prices for goods and services displayed for sale on this website are as set out on the website. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery may be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply.
Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order.
In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on this website, we will contact You by e-mail (at the address provided with your order details) or telephone You, to ask whether You wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If You are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order and provide You with a full refund of any monies debited.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, You confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform You of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging You as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
7. Your right to cancel
Because MYGOLFPASS.COM is a purely electronic transaction you have no right to cancel. We will, however, consider applications for refunds on their own merits at the address below:

8. Security
MYGOLFPASS.COM understands that You may have concerns about security on the internet. Our website uses a secure server that implements secure sockets layer (SSL) technology in our on-line ordering process to protect your payment card information.
In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment card by someone else to purchase goods from Us on our server we will refund to You any money received by Us as a result but only if You have notified your payment card issuer and Us by telephoning Us on 0161 925 5030 as soon as You became aware of the unauthorised use of your card.
Once You have completed the selection of products You wish to purchase You may proceed to place an order.
As soon as You click "submit" your browser will go into secure mode. Data relating to your order and your personal and payment card details will all pass to our server in an encrypted format. As soon as You have finished ordering You will exit secure mode.
As an additional protection for You, our system is designed so that You cannot place an order until You are safely within secure mode.

MYGOLFPASS.COM will not be liable to You where performance of any of our obligations to You is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for the use You make of the goods. To the extent not prohibited by law, MYGOLFPASS.COM accepts no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). MYGOLFPASS.COM does not limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
If any part of these Purchase Terms is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Purchase Terms shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
These Purchase Terms and any contract between Us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute will be brought before the English Courts, unless You live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the courts there.
We are required by law to inform You that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
MYGOLFPASS.COM may change these Purchase Terms at any time, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases You have made before the change is implemented. The Purchase Terms currently in effect are those published on this website.

There is no notice or contractual period that binds a club to be part of the MYGOLFPASS.COM. All we ask is that a Club/Course keeps its data fresh and we reserve the right to remove a Club/Course from MYGOLFPASS.COM at any time.
